KONEKS PISTON INC. brings the aluminum ingots that they purchase from the major primer aluminum manufactures of the world into rough draft piston by using the molding and casting methods which comply with the modern technology after melting in their foundry and do the necessary quality analyzes and modifications. The pistons whose casting stages are completed are processed on the machines which are equipped with the computer controlled machinery using the latest technology; and while passing through 15 different operations, the processes like processing, coating, mounting. Liner Production: The liner whose casting stages are completed are processed by the computer controlled machinery using the latest possibilities of the technology; while being processed with 10 different operation, the processes like lathing, honing, coating are being completed. The quality unit trails and controls the parts at every stage of the processes with the special quality control equipments and software effectively; and the pistons which pass from the final controls are put up for sale.
